With our Enterprise Service we offer Top Up Training for all users on our app as well as optimising the controls for best energy saving and comfort.
Enjoy a 5 year extended warranty when you take up our service contract within the first year of purchasing your system, giving you peace of mind and added value to your investment. Ensuring your system remains covered and supported well beyond the standard 2 year warranty period.
The Enterprise Service will be carried out by one of our experienced engineers. They will change all batteries and test all components, including what the components are connected to.
You will receive Seasonal Commissioning twice a year, where we will assist you in checking over the schedules and propagating those across the Genius Hubs for you.
In addition to this you will also have the confidence and comfort of Unlimited Support be that by phone or video call for 1 year following the service.

This value is subject to confirmation by Genius Hub, as there may be other services we can provide at the same time which can affect this figure. You will not be charged this figure when booking the Enterprise Service, it will be invoiced at a later date.
