What is Genius Hub Assistance?

All customers get 3 months free call-back support when buying a Genius Hub. This allows you to:

  • Get comfortable with the system
  • Learn how to tweak it to your property and lifestyle
  • Sort out any minor issues such as ordering more kit or fixing a bug caused during installation

After this point, all customers have access to our online resources such as the Forum or Knowledge Base, along with the Doctor in the app to learn more about the system and fix any minor issues.

Genius Phone Assistance

Many of our Commercial customers like to know that should something go wrong, they can report a problem and get a member of our Technical Team to give them a call back. This is often the case when they have multiple sites so cannot be present to quickly diagnose a potential issue, or want someone knowledgeable to speak to when changing the configuration of their systems as the seasons change. For these customers, we have released Genius Hub Phone Assistance, to be able to provide the service they require.

Genius Email Assistance

Alternatively, we also offer Genius Hub Email Assistance, to customers who want more help than can be found online. Which includes the Forum, Knowledge Base and Manuals, along with the Doctor in the app. This allows you to get in touch with the Technical Team to help diagnose a problem you may be having, so they can send through the instructions for you to fix it with the minimum of fuss.
